Refund policy

We want you to love what you’ve ordered from The Zany Club. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help — just get in touch and we’ll work with you to find the best solution, whether that’s an exchange or a refund.

Returns Window

You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging

We’re unable to accept returns that don’t meet these conditions.

How to Start a Return

To start a return or exchange, please email us at info@thezanyclub.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll then provide you with the return address and next steps.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay your refund or exchange.

Exchanges

We offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, just let us know in your email and we’ll do our best to sort it for you quickly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

  • Full refunds are issued, including the original standard delivery cost (where the full order is returned).
  • Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear in your account once processed.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t take responsibility for items lost in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thezanyclub.com.

We’ll cover the return shipping cost and make things right with a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
