Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

Orders placed after 1pm on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday.

During launches and busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

We offer the following delivery options:

Standard Delivery (2–3 working days)
Next Day Delivery (order before 1pm, Monday–Friday)

European Union

Standard Delivery (3–7 working days)

As the UK is no longer part of the European Union, orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are set by your local customs authority and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times may occasionally be extended due to customs processing.

Standard Delivery (5–10 working days)

We ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times and options will be shown at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to courier or customs processes outside of our control.

Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
